STEP 01: CONTACT THE FIRM

The very first step is for the client to contact the firm to book a consultation.
STEP 02: INITIAL CONSULTATION

The client will meet with the lawyer for approximately 30 minutes or longer, if required. The lawyer will discuss all aspects of the client’s legal grounds for their case, strategy and a foreseeable resolution.

STEP 03: RETAIN

After the initial consultation, should the client wish to retain the firm, a retainer agreement will be executed and the client will provide a monetary retainer.
STEP 04: PROCEED FORWARD

Once the firm has been retained, depending on the circumstances of your case, the lawyer will contact your spouse by letter and/or draft the necessary Court materials (or respond to correspondence and/or Court documents) in order to get your file moving forward.
STEP 05: RESOLUTION

The lawyer’s goal is to reach the best possible resolution for the client based on their particular circumstances.
