THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

Estate planning is extremely important for every individual. Have you considered where your property, financial assets, investments, family heirlooms, etc. will go after your death? Do you want to leave specific items/belongings to certain individual(s)? Have you thought about leaving money to a charity? Is there anyone in your family that you want to specially omit from receiving money, items or otherwise from your Estate?

Taking a proactive approach and executing your Last Will and Testament while you are capable of doing so will eliminate several uncertainties and ensure your last wishes are met.

POWER OF ATTORNEY FOR PERSONAL CARE AND CONTINUING POWER OF ATTORNEY FOR PROPERTY

Have you considered what would happen in the event you become incapable of making decisions for your property and personal care?

Appointing a substitute decision maker(s) pursuant to the Substitute Decision Act, 1992 while you are cognitively capable of doing so is imperative. Your appointed substitute decision maker(s) will be granted the authority to make decisions on your behalf regarding your health and property should you become incapable of making these decisions for yourself.
